An elevator is available from the Josie Robertson Plaza level entrance to all tiers of the theater. There is also an accessible elevator on the concourse near the handicapped parking area which may be used by ticket holders only by calling the David H. Koch Theater Box Office at 212.870.5570 in advance on the day of the performance.
Wheelchair access is available to the Josie Robertson Plaza by entering the double doors and taking the elevator from the concourse level to the Plaza. An elevator is available at the main entrance to the Orchestra level, and elevators are available on the Orchestra level to all tiers of the theater.
Assistance for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing
