Andrew Dosunmu, raised and educated in Nigeria, began his career as a design assistant at the fashion house of Yves Saint Laurent. He has subsequently worked as a Creative Director and fashion photographer, whose images have appeared in a variety of international magazines. Besides a flourishing career in photography, Dosunmu is also active in film and television. His award-winning documentary Hot Irons (1999) won best documentary at FESPACO and Reel Award at Toronto.
Philipp Engelhorn is the founder and executive director of Cinereach.
Restless City (2011) tells the story of an Africa immigrant surviving on the fringes of New York City where music is his passion, life is a hustle, and falling in love is his greatest risk.
The film runs approximately 90 minutes.
